Do I need LIFT Clarity before Velocity?

Yes. Clarity is the required foundation. It gives you the strategy, CRM, website, AI, and support that make outbound work. We will not run Velocity outbound without it. Clarity is $297 per month.

How do you decide who qualifies?

Accepted Answer

We have a conversation about your business. We look at your industry, offer, ideal customer, sales experience, ability to respond and close, speed of response, current sales process, available contact data, and capacity to serve new customers. If outbound is not likely to be useful yet, we will tell you what to improve first.

Question 3

What are the usage costs, and are they marked up?

Accepted Answer

Usage costs are passed through at cost. They cover email and SMS sending, AI usage, LinkedIn outreach and data tools, sourcing 400 new ideal-fit contacts, and email and phone verification. They generally grow to about $100 to $200 extra per month as the campaign scales. Actual usage varies and is reviewed with you.

How is the performance bonus determined?

The bonus is negotiated in writing before outbound begins. Depending on your business, it may be based on a defined qualified appointment or a completed sale. There is no universal rate, and not every booked appointment earns a bonus. The terms are specific to your business and agreed up front.

Question 5

Do I need to provide my own contacts?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. We use your suitable existing contacts and LinkedIn first-degree connections where they make sense. We also connect with new people on LinkedIn and source 400 new contacts matching your agreed ideal client profile each month, subject to available data and verification. Existing warm data can help, but it is not required for every accepted client.

How long does outbound take to work?

We recommend planning for a three-month run. Setup, testing, conversations, and sales cycles take time, especially without strong warm data. This is a recommendation, not a guaranteed timeline or a long-term contract. No leads, appointments, or sales are guaranteed.

What happens if I pause outbound?

Accepted Answer

You can pause outbound at any time. If you do, you may remain on Clarity and keep your data, contacts, CRM, and configured systems. Nothing is lost. You can pick back up when you are ready.
